"All of my staff agree over all the years we've been competing that your company far succeeds in many ways. We appreciate acknowledging Miss Headliner w/o having to pay an entry fee. We love that the scores go to 100 and that there are no platinum levels etc. We also appreciate that you were a competition that isn't afraid to hand out silvers. Believe it or not Ive been to many competitions where everyone gets gold except the obvious high golds. As the director I appreciate cash awards, it keeps my parents willing to continue to pay for entry fees! I love the fact that you announced to everyone why your company will continue to hold routines. My students said you were very nice to them backstage each time.
