Title Championships

Title winners from all Headliners regional events will compete against one another in their respective age divisions for the national title.

Soloists who received a gold or elite gold award may also enter the National Title Championships as an open contestant.

1. All contestants competing in the title championship will perform an opening number. Rehearsals will begin the morning of July 1st. A detailed schedule will be available with final confirmations.
2. A headshot and costume sizes need to be submitted to Headliners National office by May 25th. (Please send headshots via email in jpg format). Costumes will be provided to all contestants for the opening number - provided by Ferreira Costumes.
3. Students should bring the following items with them:
   Females: Black leotard, black jazz pants, black & tan tights, all dance shoes
   Males: Black tee shirt, white tee shirt, black pants, and all dance shoes
4. National Title winners are required to act as representatives of Headliners throughout the entire week of competition. All Title holders should be properly dressed (dress, skirt & blouse or slacks and dress shirt) especially during awards ceremonies. Sashes and crowns/medals should always be worn when not performing. Any National Title holder that chooses not to represent their title for the entire Nationals forfeits his/her National scholarship.
5. All Title winners will receive their cash awards at Awards Party July 7th.

NOTE: There must be 2 contestants for a title category to be official at Nationals.
