Irma Ziegler: President (LEFT)
 Irma attended the famed High School of Performing Arts in New York City and, prior to her dance career, performed professionally on television and in theatre. She has been a successful dance studio owner and teacher for over 25 years. Her students have won overall awards on the regional and national levels. Many of her students are performing professionally or are teaching dance throughout the country.
She is a member of Dance Masters of America and a former board member of Dance Educators of America. Before Headliners, Irma was regional director of the New Jersey and Florida Fred Astaire Performing Arts competitions. Soon after she became the Director of the Fred Astaire International Performing Arts Championships.
When the Fred Astaire Organization disbanded their performing arts area, Irma wanted to continue offering encouragement and a true learning experience to young dancers. Headliners was born and has become one of the most respected dance competitions in the country.
Shari Tomasiello: National Director (RIGHT) Shari began dancing at the age of 4 and taught dance for 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fordham University/Lincoln Center with a degree in Theatre Production.
After college, Shari interned at WNET/Channel 13 in New York City in the Great Performances division and also worked with several production companies in the television and video industry. At the same time she continued her dance training in New York City.
Shari taught dance to all ages in all dance forms for 20 years. Her competition students won overall awards at every competition they attended. Before becoming involved in Headliners, Shari assisted in the organization and overall promotion of the Fred Astaire Performing Arts competitions.
