NEW FOR 2009!!
BATTLE OF THE HIP HOP DANCE CREWS!!
Calling all Hip Hop dancers and crews! New for 2009, at all Headliners regional events, dancers will have the chance to battle it out to be named the best Hip Hop crew of the region. The top three routines in each of three age divisions will automatically be qualified to represent the USA at the World Hip Hop Championships.
Bring your best Hip Hop, Pop & Lock, Break Dance routines and LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!!
RULES AND INFORMATION:
1. All Hip Hop crews must enter a Headliners regional competition and receive at least a Gold placement (average score of 90 or higher).
2. There are 3 different crew placements which are based on International competition: Group (4-7 dancers), Formations (8-24 dancers) and Productions (25 or more dancers)
3. Battles will take place each day at the end of each session of competition.
4. There are three divisions of crews -Children (ages 7-11), Junior (age 12-15), Senior (ages 16 & up). These divisions are also based on International competition. All dancers in a routine must be the age of the division they are competing in. (NOTE: The ages are averaged for Headliners competitions.)
